Homecoming 2016 my junior year what a great time. I went with my girls Viri, Karmille, and Natalie, and of course my other friends Chino, Alonso, Jared, and many more. Homecoming was such an amazing but the deans kicked us out. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO KICK US OUT OF OUR OWN HOMECOMING LMAO. Don't get me wrong i do know what we did and how we were acting but how do you expect us to have a homecoming with out doing some pretty fun stuff ! That's like Thanksgiving why are you going to make all that food and expect us not to eat it or even nibble on it. People need to understand that some of us like to have fun.
THE 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE
Habit 1: BE PROACTIVE
Being proactive comes from your attitude and the way you chose to act. The way your attitude is set up you can chose to be a good proactive person. Being a proactive person makes you chose your happiness or unhappiness. Doing a proactive thing can boost your own self esteem and can help you do stuff correctly. I can be a proactive person by doing all the things i desire but with a good attitude and a perfect happiness. Having to be a proactive person can make you be a efficient person and it can also help you do things in the long run of doing things. Having to be reactive instead of proactive can really boost your mentality levels or even make you wanna succeed in life.

You have to control your own life or else someone else will. You have to live the life of design. If you live the life of deign you can design your life however you want it to be. If you go by living the standard life you will never know how and what to do in your future or in your present life. Living the life you desire rather than having someone else tell how you how to live your life. When you have control over your life you can do whatever you want and make anything happen. When you design your life you can be whatever you want in life rather than having someone tell you how to live your life.
Habit 4: THINK WIN-WIN
"Think win-win or no deal"
Think win-win, making plans and organizing ideas can help you be successful. Many things in life can make you successful, it depends what and how you do it. Doing it the right way can help you win. Thinking has to be the first step into making successful moves. You never know whens the right move you just kinda have to go for it since its just like a chance.
Habit 5: SEEK FIRST TO UNDERSTAND, THEN TO BE UNDERSTOOD
" Diagnose before you prescribe"
Find the situation before you address it. Understand what is going on around you and the situation you are in. Finding out the situation and then address it and make sure you understand it and make ideas or suggestions out of it. Making suggestions out of it can make you understand around you. Understanding around you makes you know whats going to happen. 
HABIT 6: Synergize
"The whole is greater than the sum of its parts (1+1=3)"
The outcome of several things wont be the final result you expected. The outcome you expect isnt the outcome that will turn out to be. This can also mean 2 heads are better than 1. 2 heads are better than one means you need create and cooperate. It means to be open-minded and finding new solutions to new problems. This is a process. It doesn't just happen over night. You need to search for new ideas to old ideas and also know your experiences and bring them to the table. Together those ideas can create better ideas than one would individually. Using this habit can help us discover things we are not able to discover on our own. This is the idea that a sum is better than just one like 1+1=3. When people being to interact with other people the ideas being to collaborate in different ways and it can gain new insight.
HABIT 7: Sharpen the saw
As you
renew yourself in each of the four areas, you create growth and change in your
life. Sharpen the Saw keeps you fresh so you can continue to practice the other
six habits. You increase your capacity to produce and handle the challenges
around you. Without this renewal, the body becomes weak, the mind mechanical,
the emotions raw, the spirit insensitive, and the person selfish. Feeling
good doesn't just happen. Living a life in balance means taking the necessary
time to renew yourself. It's all up to you. You can renew yourself through
relaxation. Or you can totally burn yourself out by overdoing everything. You
can pamper yourself mentally and spiritually. Or you can go through life
oblivious to your well-being. You can experience vibrant energy. Or you can
procrastinate and miss out on the benefits of good health and exercise.
REFLECTION
I will apply these to my daily life style everyday. The one i will apply the most is habit 7 sharpening the saw. I think i will apply this a lot due to the fact that i can accept and also make good out of challenges and face them. I will learn to balance my life and renewing myself and the things around me,

I am excited about spirit week. Today is Monday and we have pajama. Some kids came dressed up in pajamas. I did bring my pajamas because it is cold and i wanted to wear my uggs. My uggs i haven't worn in such a long time so i had to wear them, and i also felt like it was appropriate for pajama day. The whole point of the spirit week is to be ready for the Legacy game.

I heard about a shooting in my neighborhood, i know it was a 20 year old man. The man was killed at 2:30 am on the 111 bus stop. The man was fatally shot and was killed during a shooting on albany street. This can tell us how much danger i am in my own city. I dont want to go outside and feel unsafe in my community. I want to feel safe walking outside my home.

HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE
1. Become genuinely interested in other people.
To become genuinely interested in people is to be interested in the person and find out what they like. Finding out what people like can help you get along with people. Being the same as the person is being for the person and his or her beliefs. Doing or acting as the same interest as the same people can make you seem more interesting towards another person and make them feel as they have met a "perfect" friend. No one is perfect in this world, but you can meet another person like you and you can feel awesome because of it.
5 . Meet and repeat. 6 . Spell it out 7. Associate. 8. Make connections. 9. Choose to care.
RULE 4: Be a good listener
To be a good listener you must be a person with great skill. A good listener can partake in the skill of making friends or getting people to like you. Being a good listener you have to make sure you can actually pay attention. Paying attention to someone and making sure you are listening to them can actually make a person happy. Making a person by listening to them makes them feel wanted or makes them feel as if they are being cared for.
RULE 5: Talk in Terms of the other Man's Interest
Talking in the terms a man knows more about or is very interested in can automatically make a friendship or simply a strong bond between the both of them. Making a strong bond between the two can make a relationship better and make the communication skills a lot better. When talking to a person you must ask the man what he is interested in and also you say what you are interested in also. Finding the persons interest can also make a person learn new things. The same interest.

A smile doesn't always say "i like you" or " You make me happy." A smile can genuinely mean that you dont want to be rude and not smile back. You shouldn't force yourself to smile at someone you dont like. When you smile its because you feel either welcomed, happy, or excited for something or someone. Smiling at someone should make you happy because that other person brings joy into your life. When they bring joy into your life you smile beyond happily. Smiling at someone doesn't necessarily mean you like them or that they bring joy into your life. When a person smiles at you, your main instinct is to smile back. When you smile back at someone it doesn't mean you like them it just means you dont want to be rude and not smile back.
RULE 3: Remember Names
Remembering names is super important. Remembering a persons name is a plus, because you can easily make that your friend. Knowing a persons name can easily make you seem friendlier and respectful. Not knowing a persons name can seem and sound disrespectful to the other person. On the other hand, knowing a persons name can make the other person feel happy because they feel happy when you call them by there name rather than "boy", "girl", and "hey you".

You can improve your ability to remember names if you follow these four steps:

My feelings towards "The Six Ways to Make People Like You" is pretty self explanatory. Many of these 6 ways are to be put into my daily life to make people like me and to also get to know me better. Most of these ways can be implied into everyone's daily life. These 6 ways are going to help me communicate better with people and also make me happier. These 6 ways are surely to be in my daily life.
