                                THE 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE



Habit 1: BE PROACTIVE
        Being proactive comes from your attitude and the way you chose to act. The way your attitude is set up you can chose to be a good proactive person. Being a proactive person makes you chose your happiness or unhappiness. Doing a proactive thing can boost your own self esteem and can help you do stuff correctly. I can be a proactive person by doing all the things i desire but with a good attitude and a perfect happiness. Having to be a proactive person can make you be a efficient person and it can also help you do things in the long run of doing things. Having to be reactive instead of proactive can really boost  your mentality levels or even make you wanna succeed in life.
Habit 2: BEGIN WITH IN MIND 
"Control your own destiny or someone else will." (Jack Welch)
"When you know where you intend to end up, you know where you are now" (Covey)
You have to control your own life or else someone else will. You have  to live the life of design. If you live the life of deign you can design your life however you want it to be. If you go by living the standard life you will never know how and what to do in your future or in your present life. Living the life you desire rather than having someone else tell how you how to live your life. When you have control over your life you can do whatever you want and make anything happen. When you design your life you can be whatever you want in life rather than having someone tell you how to live your life.
Habit 4: THINK WIN-WIN
"Think win-win or no deal"
Think win-win, making plans and organizing ideas can help you be successful. Many things in life can make you successful, it depends what and how you do it. Doing it the right way can help you win. Thinking has to be the first step into making successful moves. You never know whens the right move you just kinda have to go for it since its just like a chance.
Habit 5: SEEK FIRST TO UNDERSTAND, THEN TO BE UNDERSTOOD
" Diagnose before you prescribe"
Find the situation before you address it. Understand what is going on around you and the situation you are in. Finding out the situation and then address it and make sure you understand it and make ideas or suggestions out of it. Making suggestions out of it can make you understand around you. HABIT 6: Synergize
"The whole is greater than the sum of its parts (1+1=3)" 
The outcome of several things wont be the final result you expected. The outcome you expect isnt the outcome that will turn out to be. This can also mean 2 heads are better than 1. 2 heads are better than one means you need create and cooperate. It means to be open-minded and finding new solutions to new problems. This is a process. It doesn't just happen over night. You need to search for new ideas to old ideas and also know your experiences and bring them to the table. Together those ideas can create better ideas than one would individually. Using this habit can help us discover things we are not able to discover on our own. This is the idea that a sum is better than just one like 1+1=3. When people being to interact with other people the ideas being to collaborate in different ways and it can gain new insight.
HABIT 7: Sharpen the saw 
   As you renew yourself in each of the four areas, you create growth and change in your life. Sharpen the Saw keeps you fresh so you can continue to practice the other six habits. You increase your capacity to produce and handle the challenges around you. Without this renewal, the body becomes weak, the mind mechanical, the emotions raw, the spirit insensitive, and the person selfish. Feeling good doesn't just happen. Living a life in balance means taking the necessary time to renew yourself. It's all up to you. You can renew yourself through relaxation. Or you can totally burn yourself out by overdoing everything. You can pamper yourself mentally and spiritually. Or you can go through life oblivious to your well-being. You can experience vibrant energy. Or you can procrastinate and miss out on the benefits of good health and exercise.
REFLECTION
I will apply these to my daily life style everyday. The one i will apply the most is habit 7 sharpening the saw. I think i will apply this a lot due to the fact that i can accept and also make good out of challenges and face them. I will learn to balance my life and renewing myself and the things around me,
